Our bread is fully organic and 100% naturally fermented sourdough. 

Baked fresh every morning, the dough undergoes a slow and thorough fermentation over a 3 day period that brings out the beautiful delicate flavor of the grains while making it more nutritious and easier to digest.

The majority of our flours and grains come from Camas Country Mill.
In addition we also source flour and grains from Cairnspring Mill and Central Milling Organic.
